Herein is the Ex Parte Order of Protection filed by Anthony R. Friedman (Petitioner) on April 9, 2026 naming Albert B. Pepper Jr (Respondent) in the 11th Judicial Circuit in St. Charles County Missouri.
This reckless filing, in an act of desperation by Friedman the Petition was an act of attempting to secure a "prior restraint" upon the consumer advocacy and citizen journalism of Pepper and his social media expose with regard to the business and professional conduct, misconduct of Friedman the Petitioner.
On May 13, 2026 a motion hearing was held in Div. 12 of the 11th Judicial Circuit of St. Charles County before the Hon. William Byrnes.
After review of Friedmans petition, Peppers responsive answer, Motion to Dismiss With Prejudice and oral arguments rendered by Friedman and Pepper Judge Byrnes granted Peppers Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice in full without any amendments or stipulations.
This Petition for an Ex Parte Order of Protection is now presented for review and legal analysis to expose the multitude of allegations that were found to be without a basis in fact and the recklessness of the petition that has nor resulted in a supplemental filing with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Missouri (File #25-2531-X).
Furthermore, the respondent, Pepper is now proceeding to prepare a complaint and evidentiary package for allegations of perjury naming Anthony R. Friedman to be presented to the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney for review seeking formal charges and prosecution.
